Cel pracy. Materiały i metody. Badaniem objęto grupę 40 chorych, a uzyskane wyniki zestawiono z grupą zdrowych (kontrola). Pomiary wykonano za pomocą platformy stabilometrycznej ALFA oraz testu SVV służącego ocenie subiektywnej percepcji pionu grawitacyjnego. Wyniki.

Aim of the study: The aim of the study was to assess the balance and proprioception in patients after knee replacement surgery knee and hip joints.Materials and methods: The study group included 40 patients, and the results are summarized a group of healthy volunteers (control). The measurements were made using the platform ALFA and SVV test evaluating systemic subjective perception of gravitational vertical. Results: Group of patients achieved worse results than a group of healthy assays stability in the neutral position lower limb joints, dynamic distribution of load (about 12%) and the test Unterberger less, on average by 21 the number of steps and increased by 3.5 ° for the eyes open and 5 ° for eyes closed value of the direction,in the experimental group. However, in the study group SVV after hip replacement surgery received scores of 1.05 ° higher than the group after a similar interventionin the knee joint. Conclusions: The study shows that proprioception in patients after replacement surgery is disturbed, especially during the dynamic test, while the SVV test requires further study.
