Cel pracy. Celem pracy była ocena równowagi oraz czucia głębokiego u osób po zabiegu alloplastyki stawów kolanowego i biodrowego. Materiały i metody. Badaniem objęto grupę 40 chorych, a uzyskane wyniki zestawiono z grupą zdrowych (kontrola). Pomiary wykonano za pomocą platformy stabilometrycznej ALFA oraz testu SVV służącego ocenie subiektywnej percepcji pionu grawitacyjnego. Wyniki. Grupa chorych osiągnęła gorsze wyniki niż grupa zdrowych w testach: stabilności w neutralnej pozycji stawów kończyn dolnych, dynamicznej dystrybucji obciążeń (o 12%) oraz teście Unterbergera mniejsza średnio o 21 liczba kroków oraz większa o 3,5° dla oczu otwartych i 5° dla oczu zamkniętych wartość kierunku marszu w grupie eksperymentalnej. Natomiast w badaniu SVV grupa po zabiegu alloplastyki stawu biodrowego uzyskała wyniki o 1,05° wyższy, niż grupa po analogicznej ingerencji w stawie kolanowym.Wnioski: Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika iż propriocepcja u osób po aloplastyce jest zaburzona, zwłaszcza w czasie prób dynamicznych, natomiast test SVV wymaga dalszych badań.

Aim of the study: The aim of the study was to assess the balance and proprioception in patients after knee replacement surgery knee and hip joints.Materials and methods: The study group included 40 patients, and the results are summarized a group of healthy volunteers (control).
