abstract in Polish:	Praca dotyczy ochrony dzieł sztuki ludowej prawem autorskim i prawami pokrewnymi, szczególnie prawem do artystycznych wykonań. Autorka analizuje istotę twórczości ludowej, oraz możliwości jej ochrony. W pracy przedstawiono także kwestię ochrony wizerunku artysty ludowego oraz właściwe organizacje zbiorowego zarządzania. Wreszcie, przedstawiono problematykę ochrony folkloru w szerszej, międzynarodowej perspektywie.
abstract in English:	The paper fucuses on protection of folk artworks, intellectual property law and related matters, although main focus is on artistic performances. The author analyses the matter of folk output and possibilities of its protection. The paper also presents the matter of folk artist personal portrayal protection and shows proper organisations of colective managment. Finally, the last presented matter concerns problems of protection of folklore in wider, international perspective.
