abstract in Polish:	Głównym celem pracy jest przedstawienie międzynarodowych oraz krajowych unormowań prawnych dotyczących cen transferowych. Praca została podzielona na pięć rozdziałów, w pierwszy zostały przedstawione ogólne definicje odnoszące się do omawianego problemu. Rozdział drugi poświęcony jest podstawom normatywnym przyjmowania szczególnych reżimów prawnych w przypadku powiązania podmiotów. Następna część przedstawia przesłanki przyjęcia unormowań dotyczących cen transferowych. Pod koniec niniejszej analizy omówione są konsekwencje zastosowania regulacji cen transferowych oraz sposoby zapobiegania i niwelowania skutków wyceny transakcji.Opracowanie zawiera krytyczną analizę aktualnych regulacji i omawia proponowane przyszłe rozwiązania normatywne.
abstract in English:	The main issue of following study is presentation of the domestic and international regulations concerning transfer pricing. The elaboration has been divided into five chapters. First one is an introduction of the fundamental definitions referring to the subject. Chapter two deals with the normative basis of the reception of the particular regulations concerning transfer pricing. Next part presents the circumstances of the reception of these regulations. Final chapters treat of the consequences of the application of described regulations and of the methods of prevention and mitigation the effects of the valuation of transaction. The study includes a critical analysis of current solutions of the problem and discusses a possible future normative resolutions.
