abstract in Polish:	Tematem mojej pracy magisterskiej jest język fachowy medycyny na przykładzie karty wypisowej. Praca składa się z trzech części. Pierwsza część jest poświęcona językowi fachowemu, jego definicji o głównym cechom. W drugiej części znajduje się szczegółowa analiza języka medycznego, jego historia, różne możliwości tworzenia nowych słów oraz cechy leksykalne i składniowe. Trzecią część stanowi analiza czterech wybranych kart wypisowych.
abstract in English:	The topic of my thesis is technical language of medicine at the example of the doctor report. The work consists of three parts. The first part was devoted to the technical language. In the second part is the analysis of the language of medicine, their history, different patterns of word formation and properties of the lexical and syntactic level. This is followed by a description of the type of text medical reports and the practical analysis of four selected medical reports. These texts are examined on the lexical and syntactic level.
abstract in other languages:	Das Thema meiner Magisterarbeit ist Fachsprache der Medizin am Beispiel des Entlassungsberichts. Die Arbeit besteht aus drei Teilen. Der erste Teil wurde der Fachsprache gewidmet. in dem zweiten Teil wird genau die Fachsprache der Medizin untersucht, ihre Geschichte, verschiedene Wortbildungsmuster und die lexikalischen und syntaktischen Eigenschaften. Danach folgt die Beschreibung der Textsorte Arztbericht und die praktische Analyse der vier ausgewählten Arztberichten. Diese Texte werden auf der lexikalischen und syntaktischen Ebene untersucht.
