| abstract in Polish: | Tematem pracy jest stres wywołany zmianami w organizacji. Nadmiar stresu powoduje negatywne konsekwencje, które odczuwają pracownicy i cała organizacja. Szczególnie stresogenna jest sytuacja zmian w organizacji. Materiał empiryczny do badań został zebrany wśród pracowników Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. Sektor elektroenergetyczny przeszedł w ciągu ostatnich lat wiele znaczących zmian. W pracy założono, że pracownicy odczuwają z tego powodu wysoki poziom stresu. W przeprowadzonych badaniach udało się tą hipotezę potwierdzić. Pierwszy rozdział dotyczy stresu. W drugim rozdziale omówiono zagadnienie zmian w organizacji. Trzeci rozdział prezentuje specyfikę sektora elektroenergetycznego w Polsce. W czwartym rozdziale zaprezentowano wyniki przeprowadzonych badań ankietowych. |
| abstract in English: | The theme of this thesis is stress caused by changes in the organization. Excess stress causes negative consequences experienced by the employees and the whole organization. One of the most stressful situation is change in the organization. The empirical material for this study was collected among the employees of the Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. The energy sector has undergone a number of significant changes in recent years. In this thesis it is assumed that workers suffer from high level of stress. This study affirms this hypothesis. The first chapter concerns the stress. The second chapter discusses the issue of changes in the organization. The third chapter presents the specifics of the energy sector in Poland. The fourth chapter presents the results of the survey. |
