| abstract in Polish: | Praca magisterska pod tytułem "Życie człowieka chorego terminalnie - uwarunkowania, potrzeby oraz wsparcie realizacyjne", zawiera w sobie, w części teoretycznej, opis specyfiki choroby terminalnej, środowiska w jakim osoba chora przebywa, relacji między ludźmi chorymi a zdrowymi. Oprócz tego, w rozdziale drugim zawiera opis uwarunkowań, potrzeb i wsparcia, na podstawie literatury przedmiotu. Część praktyczna, mieści w sobie cel, przedmiot i problematykę badań, jak i dobór metod, technik i narzędzi badawczych. Opisuję tutaj metodę indywidualnych przypadków, obserwację oraz wywiad. W kolejnym rozdziale, prezentuję wyniki badań autorskich empirycznych, gdzie szczegółowo przedstawiam grupę badawczą, opisuję uwarunkowania, potrzeby oraz realizowane wsparcie na podstawie badań własnych. Na koniec prezentuję opis oraz analizę indywidualnych przypadków. Przy "Zakońćzeniu i wnioskach", opisuję możliwości i ograniczenia udzielanego wsparcia. |
| abstract in English: | Master Thesis "The life of the person who suffers from terminal illness - conditions, needs and the realizational support", contains - in the first theoretical two chapters, the description and the specificity of teminal illness. It also describes the environment in which the sick person lives in. It is also about the relations in between people who are sick and those who are healthy. The second chapter was written about the conditions, needs and realizational support of the person who suffers from terminal sickness. All of the information were based on the scientific literature. The second part of the Master Thesis, was definitely practical. It contains the description of the aim of the whole Thesis, subject of the study and the problems of the research. It contains the methods I chose, techniques and scientific tools I used. I am describing here the Method of Individual Cases, Observation and Interview. In the next chapter I am presenting my own results of the research I have done. I am describing my research group here, their conditions they used to live in while I was making the research (in the Institute of Paliative Care). I am writing also about the needs and the support which were based on my own scientific work. In the end I am presenting the description and analysis of the Individual Cases I used to work with. Finish and Conclusions describe the possibilities and restrictions of the support which is given nowadays. |
