Celem pracy jest przedstawienie sposobu zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw na przykładzie Fabryki Taśm Transporterowych Wolbrom S.A. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Rozdział pierwszy ma na celu wprowadzenie w zagadnienia związane z łańcuchem dostaw. Rozdział drugi poświęcony jest metodom zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw. Skupiono się w nim na charakterystyce systemu logistycznego badanego przedsiębiorstwa. Zawarto w nim krótką historię firmy, zakres działalności, strukturę oraz scharakteryzowano klientów oraz dostawców Fabryki Taśm Transporterowych Wolbrom S.A. Celem tego rozdziału było ukazanie, jak olbrzymią rolę w przedsiębiorstwie odgrywa obsługa logistyczna.

The aim of the study is to present a method of managing the supply chain on the example Conveyor Belt Factory Wolbrom SA. The work consists of three chapters. In the first chapter the issues related to the supply chain are introduced. The second chapter is devoted to the methods of supply chain management. It focuses on the characteristics of enterprise logistics system. It includes a brief history of the company, business scope, structure and characterized clients and vendors Factory Conveyor Belt Wolbrom SA. The purpose of this chapter is to show the importance of logistic in the Company.
