| abstract in Polish: | Istotnym elementem rozwoju gminy jest realizacja przedsięwzięć, projektów oraz inwestycji. Podejmowanie działań na różnych płaszczyznach, takich jak turystyka czy infrastruktura stanowi ważny czynnik, dzięki któremu obserwowane są pozytywne zmiany w całym otoczeniu gminy. Przy realizacji działań wpływających na rozwój gminy ważną rolę odgrywają źródła finansowania zewnętrznego. Dlatego ważne jest, aby władze samorządowe wiedziały gdzie i jak uzyskać dofinansowanie ze źródeł zewnętrznych. Dzięki nim gmina może w pełni realizować ważne dla niej projekty oraz programy. Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie, jak duży wpływ na rozwój gminy ma finansowanie turystyki z funduszy zewnętrznych. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawione zostały zagadnienia z zakresu turystyki. W drugim rozdziale zaprezentowano gminę Masłów. Dokonano charakterystyki gminy. Analizie poddano infrastrukturę turystyczną i paraturystyczną oraz walory turystyczne występujące na jej terenie.Rozdział trzeci poświęcono projektom, które zrealizowano dzięki dofinansowaniu ze środków zewnętrznych. Opisano zarówno działania wpływające na rozwój turystyki, jak również przedsięwzięcia wpływające na rozwój innych elementów życia społeczno-gospodarczego. Przedstawione zostały także dalsze perspektywy rozwoju turystyki na terenie gminy Masłów. |
| abstract in English: | The crucial element in the development of a commune is the realisation of ventures, projects and investments. Taking action in different spheres, such as tourism or infrastructure, determines an important factor which generates positive changes widely observed within the whole area of the commune. What’s more, the sources of external funding play a vital role in taking steps to enhance the development of the commune. It’s essential for the council authorities to be well informed how to obtain funds from external sources. Thus, the commune can fully implement important projects and programmes in a more convenient way. The aim of this project is to present, as a large influence on the development of the commune is tourism funding from the external funds. The project consists of three parts. In the first chapter issues connected with tourism are introduced. In the second chapter the Masłów commune is fully described. Thorough characteristic of the area is done. Deep analysis of the tourist and para-tourist infrastructure is also conducted together with the detailed presentation of tourist attractions in the area. The third chapter is devoted to projects, which were successfully accomplished basing on external funds. Not only was the action influencing the development of tourism described, but also ventures that had an impact on the development of other elements of a social and economic life. Further prospects of the development of tourism in the area are also presented concerning the Masłów commune. |
