| abstract in Polish: | Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest prawna regulacja ochrony gruntów rolnych i leśnych w jej aspekcie ilościowym w polskim systemie prawnym.Pierwsza część pracy ma na celu stopniowe wprowadzenie czytelnika w tematykę prawa ochrony gruntów rolnych i leśnych przez przybliżenie ogólnych pojęć prawnośrodowiskowych istotnych dla zrozumienia pracy, a także przedstawienie pojęcia ochrony gruntów rolnych i leśnych, jej celów i zadań oraz umiejscowienia w systemie prawa ochrony środowiska. Główne rozważania poprzedzono również dogłębnym wyjaśnieniem samego pojęcia „grunty rolne i leśne” – przedmiotu ochrony.Podstawowa część rozważań poświęcona jest szczegółowej analizie rozwiązań prawnych służących ochronie gruntów rolnych i leśnych w aspekcie ilościowym. Instrumenty prawnej ochrony gruntów rolnych i leśnych omawiane są w kontekście dwóch głównych płaszczyzn: planowania i zagospodarowania przestrzennego oraz działalności inwestycyjnej.Analizie poddano również inne wybrane instrumenty prawne służące zapobieganiu zmniejszaniu się powierzchni gruntów rolnych i leśnych. |
| abstract in English: | The subject of this Master’s Thesis is the legal regulation of agricultural and forest land protection in terms of quantity in the Polish legal system.The first part will focus on gradual introduction of the reader into the field of agricultural and forest land protection laws by acquainting them with general legal concepts of environment protection, and then by outlining the concept of agricultural and forest land protection, its goals and objectives, as well as its place within the environmental law system. The main deliberations are preceded by thorough explanation of the term “agricultural and forest land” – the object of protection.The main part of the Thesis focuses on an in-depth analysis of legislations regarding preservation of the agricultural and forest land acreage. The legal instruments of agricultural and forest land protection are viewed in the context of two main fields: land-use planning and investment realization.Furthermore, the last part provides an overview of other chosen legal instruments serving the purpose of preservation of the agricultural and forest land acreage. |
