abstract in Polish:	Niniejsza praca poświęcona jest zastosowaniu konektoróww wyrokach francuskiego Sądu Kasacyjnego. Skład się z 5 rozdziałów. Rozdział I ukazuje teoretyczne aspkety języków specjalistycznych. Rozdziały II i III poświęcone są językowi prawa in concreto. Dodatkowo, w rozdziale trzecim znajduje się analiza lingwistyczna tekstu przykładowego wyroku francuskiego sądu. Rozdział IV poświęcony jest konektorom. Odwołuje się do 4 francuskich teorii w tym zakresie. Rozdział ostatni skupia się na wykazaniu charakterystyki zastosowania konektorów w treści wyroków Sądu Kasacyjnego. Wnioski są oparte na przeprowadzonej analizie lingwistycznej wyroku ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem konektorów.
abstract in English:	The aim of this work is to present the issues of linking words in French Court of cassation sentences. First chapter presents the general theory of specialized languages – the history of research, the terminology and methodology. The second and the third chapters provide information concerning language of law – style, grammar and syntax. The linguistic theories concerning linking words in French are showed in the forth chapter. The final chapter discusses the usage of linking words in the sentences following the analyses of one whole sentences and numerous extracts.
abstract in other languages:	Le travail ci-présent vise à étudier le niveau de connexion dans les arrêts de la Cour de cassation. Le premier chapitre présente les langues spécialisées en général – leur histoire, les problèmes de la nomenclature. Les deux chapitres suivants montrent la langue du droit de l’extérieur (l’histoire de recherche, terminologie) et de l’intérieur (les aspects strictement linguistiques – texte, style, grammaire, terminologie). Le quatrième chapitre présente l’idée de la connexion et les classifications différentes proposées par les linguistes français. Le dernier chapitre est une analyse d’usage des connecteurs dans un arrêt et dans divers extraits.
