Głównym celem pracy jest pokazanie, w jaki sposób inwestorzy mogą wykorzystywać wskaźniki rynku kapitałowego do oceny perspektyw rozwojowych przedsiębiorstw. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów, dwóch teoretycznych i jednego empirycznego. Pierwszy rozdział zawiera podstawowe pojęcia dotyczące przedsiębiorstwa, sprawozdań finansowych i analizy finansowej. W drugim rozdziale szczegółowo omówiono analizę wskaźnikową, w tym wskaźniki rynku kapitałowego, a także metody mierzenia wartości przedsiębiorstwa. W trzecim rozdziale przedstawiono perspektywy rozwojowe wybranych spółek z sektora bankowego, budowlanego oraz energetycznego z wykorzystaniem wskaźników rynku kapitałowego.

The main aim of this work is to show how investors can use the market ratios to assess the prospects of development of enterprises. Thesis consist of three chapters, two theoretical and one empirical. The first contains the basic concept of the enterprise theory, financial statements and financial analysis. In the second chapter, there is detailed characteristic the ratio analysis, including market ratios and the methods of measuring enterprise value. The third chapter presents the perspective of development for selected companies from the banking, constructions and energy sector using the market ratios.
