dc.abstract.pl Praca koncentruje się na omówieniu zagadnień dotyczących urzędu Prezydenta w Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z 1997 r. Opisano w niej sposób kształtowania się tej instytucji na przestrzeni lat od czasów II Rzeczypospolitej, poprzez kolejne konstytucje, aż do czasów współczesnych. W dalszych rozdziałach, czytelnikowi zostają przedstawione informacje na temat trybu wyboru, sprawowanych konstytucyjnie funkcji oraz miejsca tego urzędu w państwie jako jednego z organów władzy wykonawczej. Opisano także kompetencje w stosunku do Sejmu, Senatu, Rady Ministrów, Narodowego Banku Polskiego, Krajowej Rady Radiofonii i Telewizji, a także sądów i Trybunałów. Ostatnim omawianym zagadnieniem jest kwestia odpowiedzialności politycznej i konstytucyjnej, problem stosowania prerogatyw oraz tryb postępowania przed Trybunałem Stanu. pl
dc.abstract.en This work is focused on discussing issues relating to the office of President of the Polish Constitution of 1997. Describes the way of forming this institution over the years since the Second Republic, through successive constitutions, until modern times. In later chapters, the reader will be provided information on selecting mode, constitutional functions and places in the country as one of the organs of executive power. Also describes the competences in relation to the Sejm, Senate, Council of Ministers, the Polish National Bank, the National Broadcasting Council, as well as courts and tribunals. The last questions are the present political and constitutional responsibility, issues about using the prerogatives and procedures before the State Tribunal. pl
