This article is the attempt of presentation of the folk opposition we-they written down in the geographical names of Truskolasy next to Częstochowa and neighbouring villages. 335 microtoponymes (with their definitions, pointing by the respondents) motivated mainly by possessive relation, e. g.: Żydowskie Pola, Miejskie, Pacańskie Pola, Pastwy Pankowskie were analysed. The article contains two main parts. The first part is the attempt of description the function of the folk opposition we-they to the inhabitants of linguistic and cultural village areas. The second part presents the analysis of the research with the using of linguistic world picture methodology.
