abstract in English:	The paper presents the processes occurring in clusters in the light of the clusters evolution model. The model can be used to determine the phase of the tourism cluster development in the regional environment, the impact of this phase on development of the region and local enterprises, and to identify the processes of evolution. The text is based on literature studies and empirical research in the field of the cluster concept.
