Tekst stanowi analizę i interpretację niemal nieznanej w Polsce powieści Alfreda Kubina Po tamtej stronie (Die Andere Seite) z 1909 roku. Autor skupia się na ujęciu symbolicznym kluczowych fragmentów prozy, stosując perspektywę komparatystyczną. Szczególną uwagę autor poświęca aspektom boskości w konstrukcji postaci Klausa Patery - jednego z głównych bohaterów powieści. Artykuł stanowi jedno z nielicznych opracowań prozy Kubina w języku polskim.
Abstract in English
The main purpose of the article is to analyse and interpretate of Alfred Kubin's novel The Other Side (Die Andere Seite), 1909, almost unknown in Poland. Author is focusing on symbolistic perspective of crucial pieces of the prose with the comparative methods. Author is devoting the particular attention to aspects of the divinity in constructing the figure of Klaus Patera - one of the main characters of the novel. The article is one of few studies of the Kubin's prose in Polish.
