The subject of the work is the processes of integration of associations in Poland, which form an international staff.The first part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on the reproduction of the subject as well as the posture hypothesis by the author of the work.Further issues related to undergraduate management, which allow the reader in-depth understanding of the topic. Chapter three focuses on the industry. The last chapter describes the methods and methods of research.
