Freedom of assembly in Poland

Przedmiotem pracy jest konstytucyjna wolność zgromadzeń w Polsce. Praca została podzielona na siedem rozdziałów. W pierwszym z nich omówiona jest ranga wolności zgromadzeń w Polsce. Drugi rozdział zawiera informacje odnośnie procedury organizacji zgromadzeń. W trzecim rozdziale zostały zawarte ograniczenia przeprowadzania zgromadzeń w Polsce. Czwarty rozdział określa organizowanie zgromadzeń na byłych hitlerowskich obozach zagłady. Piąty rozdział zawiera informacje odnośnie organizowania zgromadzeń na uczelniach wyższych oraz podczas wyborów. W szóstym rozdziale opisana jest problematyka zgromadzeń cyklicznych. Ostatni rozdział przedstawia regulacje dotyczące rozwiązania zgromadzenia.

Constitutional freedom of assembly is the subject of this dissertation. It has been organized into seven chapters. The first chapter examines the current status of freedom to assembly in Poland. The second chapter focuses on procedures of convening assemblies. The limitations in organizing assemblies in Poland are discussed in the third part of the thesis. In the fourth chapter the author analyses the issue of organizing the assemblies in Nazi death camps. The fifth chapter includes information on organizing the assemblies on universities and during elections. The last, seventh chapter, presents law regulations in the area of disbanding the assemblies.
