World as a scene - about Arthur Schnitzler's one-act play series "Die Marionetten"

Głównym celem tej pracy jest pokazanie, iż świat realny i jego mieszkańcy działają niczym przedstawienie kukiełek w teatrze. Na podstawie zbioru trzech dramatów Artura Schnitzlera pod tytułem: „Die Marionetten” zostaje pokazane, kto, jak i w jakim celu pociąga za przysłowiowe sznurki, które podkreślają nową koncepcję teatru według autora. Praca została podzielana na rozdziały, w których to dokładnie jest pokazywany sposób manipulacji bohaterów w danym dramacie, a także analiza dlaczego autor zdecydował się na taki wariant zaprezentowania władzy nad człowiekiem. Ponadto zostało przedstawione, jak autor w swoich dziełach pokazał świat realny i jakimi pojęciami się posługiwał, by móc porównać ów świat ze sceną w teatrze marionetkowym, gdzie swój dom mają kukiełki.

The main objective of this thesis is to show that the real world and its inhabitants act like a puppet show in the theatre. It is shown (on a basis and analysis of a set of three plays of Arthur Schnitzler, released under the title: "Die Marionetten") who, how and for what purpose pulls the proverbial strings that emphasize the brand new concept of the theatre, created by the author. This thesis has been divided into chapters showing the exact way of manipulation of the characters appearing in the drama as well as the analysis of reasons for presenting the power over man in that specific variant. Furthermore, what has also been shown in the thesis was a way in what Author presented the real world and compared it, using some specific terms, to the world seen on the stage of the puppet theatre, which is also a house for the mentioned puppets.

Das Hauptziel dieser Bachelorarbeit ist die Darstellung, dass die reale Welt und ihre Bewohner wie Marionetten auf einer Theateraufführung funktionieren. Anhand des Einakterzyklus unter dem Titel „Die Marionetten“ vom Arthur Schnitzler wird es gezeigt, wer, wie und wieso es an den sprichwörtlichen Fäden gezogen wird. Hiermit wird das neue Theaterkonzept vom Autor hervorgehoben. Die Bachelorarbeit ist in Kapitel aufgeteilt, in denen es genau die Art und Weise der Manipulation der Figuren im gegebenen Drama gezeigt wurde. Man analysierte warum der Autor sich auf solche Variante der Macht über den Menschen entschied. Außerdem wurde es dargestellt, wie der Autor in seinen Werken die reale Welt gezeigt hat und welche Begriffe er benutzte, um diese Welt mit der Marionettentheaterbühne zu vergleichen.
