Michael Jackson - an icon of popculture

The theme of my work is the figure of Michael Jackson as an icon of popular culture. I'll discuss it how much Jackson's character makes a universal icon. I think that this topic is very interesting and relatively universal. Michael Jackson is kind of multi-colored, multi-faceted, interesting as well as full of mystery person. It was impossible to include in my work all aspects of his person. I focused on the phenomenon of his creativity and popularity. My work consists of both parts, that are: theoretical, biographical and analytical.

Tematem mojej pracy jest postać Michaela Jacksona jako ikony kultury popularnej. Będę zastanawiać się na ile postać Jacksona jest ikoną uniwersalną. Uważam, że jest to temat bardzo interesujący i stosunkowo uniwersalny. Osoba Michaela Jacksona jest postacią wielobarwną, wieloaspektową, interesującą a jednocześnie pełną tajemniczości. Nie sposób było omówić w mojej pracy wszystkich aspektów związanych z jego osobą, skupiłam swoją uwagę na fenomenie jego twórczości i popularności. Moja praca składa się zarówno z części teoretycznej, biograficznej jak i analitycznej.
