Tematem pracy jest omówienie ochrony prawnej dzieła muzycznego na tle ustawy o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych z 1994 r. Omówione zostały takie kwestie jak: elementy dzieła muzycznego, prawa osobiste, majątkowe, plagiat, cytat muzyczny, muzyczna twórczość zależna, oraz prognozy nowych rozwiązań w prawie autorskim dotyczących utworu muzycznego.
The subject of thesis is to present legal protection of musicial work in in the Act on Copyrights and Related Rights of 1994. This work discusses the matter of parts of musical work, moral right, economic rights, plagiarism, musical quotation, musical derivative work and suggestions of solutions and chan ges In author’s law regarding to musical work.
