W pracę przedstawiono pozycję kobiet na rynku pracy i rozwój ich kariery zawodowej. Zasadniczym celem niniejszej pracy było ukazanie czynników wpływających na karierę zawodową kobiet we współczesnym świecie. Praca ma charakter opisowy oraz badawczy. Składa się z trzech rozdziałów: pierwszy oraz drugi mają charakter teoretyczny i koncentrują się na karierze zawodowej kobiet i jej znaczeniu na rynku pracy. Trzeci rozdział przedstawia wyniki badań własnych. Uzyskane wyniki pozwoliły wykazać najważniejsze czynniki wpływające na przebieg kariery zawodowej kobiet.
The master’s thesis presents the positions of women in the labor market and the course of their careers. The main aim of this work was to demonstrate the factors influencing the professional career of women in the modern world. The thesis has descriptive and research character. It consists of three chapters: the first and the second are theoretical in nature concerning the course of women's careers and their importance in the labor market. The third chapter presents the results of own research. The obtained results made it possible to demonstrate the most important factors influencing the professional career of women.
