Domain Registration Web and its effects in the light of the law

Internet, jako jedno z największych osiągnięć ludzkości, zajmuje bardzo ważne miejsce w wielu aspektach ludzkiego życia. Nieodłącznym elementem Internetu są domeny internetowe. W niniejszej pracy przedstawiona została kwestia rejestracji domen internetowych oraz skutki jakie ona wywołuje w świetle przepisów prawa. Ponadto poruszony został problem naruszeń prawa do oznaczeń w związku z rejestracją lub używaniem domeny a także ochrona domen internetowych na gruncie przepisów prawa polskiego.

Internet , as one of the greatest achievements of mankind , occupies a very important place in many aspects of human life. Inherent element in the Internet are Internet domains. In this work is presented , the registration of Internet domains and the effects that it causes in the light of the provisions of the law. In addition, the issue was raised for the determination of violations of law in connection with the registration or use of the domain and the protection of Internet domains on the basis of Polish law.
