Abstract in English
Author presents basic issues connected with methods and techniques for the user modelling , discusses system- and human- focused approach to the process. Special attention is given to the characteristics of those techniques for user modelling, which are relied both on stereotype and history of interaction between the user and the system and on interaction analysis. There are indicated potential legal, ethical problems for the practice of the information systems, which might be connected with user modelling.
