The directions of the regulations of financial markets after the crisis 2007-2009.

W pracy omówiono kwestie związane z kryzysem 2007-2009, a także regulacje, jakie wprowadzono po kryzysie, głównie na szczeblu międzynarodowym. Analiza została podzielona na części: teoretyczną i empiryczną. W części teoretycznej skoncentrowano się na przedstawieniu etapów rozwoju rynku finansowego, a także omówieniu przyczyn, przebiegu i skutków kryzysu 2007-2009. Przeanalizowano również wprowadzone regulacje, które miały wyprowadzić sektor finansowy z kryzysu. Część praktyczna zawiera wnioski autora na temat zaistniałej sytuacji kryzysowej, a także ocenę pokryzysowych działań podjętych w celu ustabilizowania sytuacji gospodarczej. Celem pracy było udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytania: czy regulacje rynków finansowych są potrzebne, jak poradzić sobie ze skutkami obecnego kryzysu oraz jak ocenić kierunki działań naprawczych podjęte do tej pory. Dogłębna analiza źródeł wykazała, że w czasach postępującej globalizacji regulacje sfery finansowej są niezbędne do prawidłowego funkcjonowania gospodarki. Ponadto pokazano również, że wysiłki podjęte w celu wyjścia z kryzysu są niewystarczające w stosunku do potrzeb i do poprawy sytuacji niezbędna jest ściślejsza regulacja rynków finansowych.

In the thesis, there were presented issues connected with the crisis of 2007-2009, as well as regulations, which were introduced after it, especially on the international level. The analysis was divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical one. The theoretical part was concentrated on showing the levels of the financial market development, subsequently three aspects were presented: reasons, the course and results of the crisis 2007-2009. The introduced regulations were also analysed, which were meant to move the financial sector out of the crisis. The practical part contains the author’s conclusion about the crisis and evaluation of the post-crisis actions taken in order to stabilise the economical situation. The aim of the following thesis was to find the answer to questions: whether the regulations of the financial markets are necessary, how to deal with the results of the current crisis and how to evaluate the directions of corrective actions taken so far. The in-depth analysis of the sources showed, that in the times of the developing globalization, the regulations of the financial sphere are necessary for the proper functioning of the economy. What is more, it was shown that the efforts made in order to get out of the crisis are not enough in comparison to the needs and when it comes to the improvement of the situation the tighter regulation of financial markets is essential.
