Niniejsza praca jest próbą zwrócenia uwagi na proekologię w turystyce. Pokazujedziałania podejmowane przez hotel, w celu zminimalizowania negatywnego wpływu naśrodowisko i proponuje nowe ekoinicjatywy, które można podjąć. Zawiera badania opisującezależność między działalnością ekologiczną obiektu a zainteresowaniem gości hotelowych.Przedstawia siłę ekologicznego wizerunku wpływającego na wybór konsumenta. Omawiakorzyści i oszczędności, jakie może hotelowi przynieść jego zielony wizerunek. Ponadto wpracy można znaleźć opis systemów zarządzania środowiskowego takich jak EMAS i ISO14000, a także podstawy zrównoważonej turystyki.

This thesis is an attempt to draw attention to the issue of pro-ecological tourism. It alsopresents the actions taken by the hotel, in order to minimize the negative impact on theenvironment and proposes new pro-environmental initiatives that can be taken. The thesisincludes researches describing the relationship between the ecological activity of a facilityand an interest of hotel guests. The thesis presents the strength of ecological imageinfluencing consumer choice. It discusses the benefits and savings that could bring to a hotelits green hotel image. In addition, in the thesis there can be found a description ofenvironmental management systems such as EMAS and ISO 14000, and the basis forsustainable tourism.
