W pracy przedstawiono szlaki kulturowe, jako formę turystyki kulturowej i narzędzie zarządzania dziedzictwem kulturowym. Na tym tle opisano proces powstawania nowego produktu turystycznego - Szlak Górnictwa. Zaprezentowano idee szlaku, zabytkowe obiekty górnicze oraz dokonano ich opisu. Przedstawiono adresatów oferty szlaku oraz przebieg jego trasy. Omówiono szanse rozwoju oraz zagrożenia szlaku. Sformułowano założenia koordynacji szlaku wraz z możliwymi sposobami w zakresie finansowania oraz promocji oferty szlaku, a także zaproponowano konkretne rozwiązania składające się na ofertę turystyczną szlaku.

The dissertation presents cultural trials as a form of cultural tourism and a cultural heritage management tool. Against this background, it describes the process of creating a new tourist product - Mining Trail. The trail ideas, the historical mining monuments and their description have been presented. The target users of the trail and its geographical course have also been described. Development opportunities and threats to the trail have been presented. The dissertation also formulates the basic principles for coordination of the trail with possible financing and promotion options and suggests specific solutions that would make up the tourist offer of the trail.
