Poniższa praca „Blockchain w procesach i operacjach biznesowych” zajmuje się tematyką technologii blockchain. Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej było opisanie funkcjonowa-nia tej technologii oraz zapoznaniem się z jej wpływem na procesy i operacje biznesowe w różnych przedsiębiorstwach. Praca skupia się na dokładnym opisie teoretycznym łańcu-chów bloków oraz praktycznych przypadków użytkowania z naciskiem na analizę plat-formy We.Trade stworzonej na podstawie tej technologii. Poprzez zadane pytania badaw-cze badany jest wpływ blockchain na przedsiębiorstwa i interesariuszy oraz sprawdzane są jej możliwości rewolucji na rynku biznesowym. Metodą badawczą zastosowaną do napisania pracy było case study tj. studium przypadku. Praca została napisana w oparciu o literaturę naukową dotyczącą technologii cyfrowych, informacji dostępnych na specjalistycznych stronach internetowych oraz stron twórców technologii wraz z praktycznymi przykładami.W oparciu o wyniki badań okazało się, że technologia blockchain ma bardzo duży wpływ na procesy i operacje biznesowe dzięki automatyzacji, przejrzystości transakcji oraz bez-pieczeństwu danych. W dodatku, opisana jest możliwość wprowadzania innowacji w mo-delach biznesowych przedsiębiorstw. Jednymi z głównych korzyści implementacji tech-nologii w przedsiębiorstwach jest redukcja kosztów wynikająca z braku pośredników, szybkie przeprowadzanie transakcji oraz szybka identyfikacja danych, która wprowadza znaczną wartość dla klientów. W pracy omówione są też bariery, które pomimo wielkiego potencjału technologii utrudniają jej implementacje na poziomie globalnym. Pomimo, wszystkich minusów technologii blockchain, jest ona określana jako przełomowa.

The following master’s thesis "Blockchain in Business Processes and Operations" deals with the subject of blockchain technology. The aim of this master's thesis was to describe the functioning of this technology and to learn about the influence of blockchain on busi-ness processes and operations in various enterprises. My work focuses on a detailed theo-retical description of the technology and practical cases of its use, with an emphasis on the analysis of the We.Trade platform. Through the research questions asked, the impact of technology on enterprises and stakeholders and the possibilities of revolution in the business market is examined.The research method used to write the thesis was a case study. The work was written based on scientific literature on digital technologies, information available on specialized websites and practical examples.Based on the results of the research, it turned out that technology has a great impact on business processes and operations thanks to automation, transaction transparency and data security. In addition, the possibility of introducing innovations in business models of en-terprises is also described. One of the main benefits of implementing technology in enter-prises is the reduction of costs due to the lack of intermediaries, fast transactions, and quick data identification, which introduces significant value for customers. The work also discusses the barriers that, despite the great potential of technology, hinder its entry at the global level. Despite the disadvantages of the technology, the technology is described as breakthrough.
