This thesis applies to the paliative car of the ill women with gynecological cancer. The aim is to describe the correct method of palliative care for women suffering from gynecological cancer. The study identified and analyzed the principle of care for this patient. This thesis synthesized the informathion contained in the literature about thes issues. Frist chapter describes methods of different way of helping patients which are used in hospitals. The thesis characterizes actives that are associated with chemoterapy, radiation therapy and operative treatment. Very important is the particular attention on the issue of treatment and relieve pain. The whole bearing is being commented on the importance of psychological and spiritual care, which is an integral and very prominent part of care of ill women in general.The area of psychological problem involves the transmision of information on health ststus of patients, a task is particulary difficult in the case of the terminally ill. The third chapter describes care that may surround the closest in the house of the patient, a task is particulary difficult in the case of the terminale ill. This from of palliative care is extrmely benefical to the patients mental state, but it is an extremely difficult task for the family. The fourth chapter, the last, describes the initial assumptions, the history and development and the importance of hospice action. Also characterizes major types of hospice care in operation in Poland. The thesis closes to the conclusions summarizing the advantages and importance of paliative care that is necessary to protect the quality of life of patients with cancer of reproductive organs.

Tematem pracy, jest opieka paliatywna nad chorą z nowotworem ginekologicznym. Celem pracy jest opisanie prawidłowego modelu opieki paliatywnej nad kobietami cierpiącymi z powodu nowotworu narządu rodnego. W pracy przeanalizowano zasady sprawowania opieki nad taką pacjentką. Praca ta syntezuje informacje zawarte w literaturze podmiotu na dany temat. W pracy opisano sposoby pomocy pacjentkom. We wstępie opierając się na statystykach, przedstawiono dane o zachorowalności oraz umieralności kobiet na nowotwory ginekologiczne. Dane te pokazują z jaką skalą problemu mamy doczynienia. Zwraca uwagę również na to jak wiele kobiet będzie potrzebowało opieki paliatywnej. W rozdziale drugim scharakteryzowano opiekę szpitalną. Zwrócono uwagę na metody wykorzystywane w działaniach związanych z chemioterapią, radioterapią i zabiegami paliatywnymi. Szczególnąuwagę zwrócono na opiekę psychologiczno – duchową jako istotny element opieki nad pacjentką paliatywną. W rozdziale trzecim opisano metody uśmierzania bólu w oparciu o drabinę analgetyczną. Pokazano jak istotnym elementem w działaniach opieki paliatywnej, jest leczenie bólu. W rozdziale czwartym opisano historię ruchu hospicyjnego, scharakteryzowano typy opieki hospicyjnej funkcjonujące w Polsce. W rozdziale tym zwrócono uwagę na istotną rolę i zaangażowanie najbliższych, w opiece nad chorą terminalną.Pracę zamykają wnioski końcowe podsumowujące fundamentalne znaczenie opieki paliatywnej dla poprawy jakości życia kobiet umierających z powodu nowotworu ginekologicznego.
