Praca magisterska poświęcona jest tematyce podatków i opłat gminnych- na przykładzie gminy Konopiska. Na samym początku powyższej pracy zostały przedstawione zagadnienia związane z samorządem terytorialnym, w tym definicja gminy, powiatu oraz województwa. Kolejno swoim zakresem praca obejmuje zagadnienia dotyczące budżetu gminy w tym jego definicja, zasady budżetowe oraz źródła dochodów własnych, a także podatki oraz opłaty gminne. Na samym końcu została zaprezentowana analiza dochodów własnych gminy Konopiska w latach 2010-2013
Thesis is devoted to a municipal taxes and fees-on the example of Konopiska. At the beginning of that work were presented issues related to local government, including the definition of municipal, county and province. Sequentially its scope work includes issues relating to the municipal budget including its definition, budgetary rules and sources of income of their own, as well as municipal taxes and fees.
