Dlatego znajomość danych historycznych i współczesnych metod wyceny aktywów jest podstawowym źródłem osiągania zysków na rynkach finansowych. Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie wpływu ewolucji rynków finansowych na metody wyceny papierów wartościowych. Wykazanie pozytywnej bądź negatywnej korelacji pomiędzy rozwojem, a metodami wyceny, a także wskazanie czynników mających bezpośredni wpływ na badane zjawisko. Pierwszy rozdział opisuje złożoną charakterystykę rynków finansowych klasyfikując go ze względu na segmenty, by następnie wprowadzić czytelnika do świata analiz. Rozwiązanie problemu zostało opracowane na podstawie dostępnej literatury oraz publikacji naukowych.
