Ōsaka to miejsce o bogatej historii oraz unikalnej kulturze i języku. Nic dziwnego więc, że wykształcił się złożony stereotyp jej mieszkańca. Reprezentuje on sobą wiele cech, których przypisanie postaciom pojawiającym się w popkulturze pozwala na tworzenie ich barwnych osobowości. Dialekt może uczestniczyć w tworzeniu tych postaci ponieważ dla odbiorcy jest on nośnikiem cech stereotypowych.
Ōsaka is a place of rich history and unique culture and language. No wonder that the complex stereotype of its inhabitant has developed. It represents many characteristics that when assigned to characters appearing in pop culture allow to create their colorful personalities. Mediating in these attributes may be a dialect that is their medium. The dialect can contribute to the creation of these characters because for the recipients it carries the characteristics of the stereotype.
