The influence of depressive disorders on the reception of messages based on the communication model of Friedemann Schulz von Thun.

Celem pracy było znalezienie odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy zaburzenia depresyjne mają wpływ na odbiór komunikatów, a jeśli tak to jaki. Korzystając z teorii komunikacji stworzonej przez Friedemanna Schulza von Thuna i pojęcia słuchania czworgiem uszu, dokonana została analiza w części badawczej. Materiał do niej zgromadzono na podstawie ankiety internetowej skierowanej do osób ze stwierdzonymi przez lekarza zaburzeniami depresyjnymi oraz do osób bez takiej diagnozy. Wypełnione przez 365 respondentów formularze pozwoliły na stwierdzenie pewnej tendencji w interpretowaniu codziennych wypowiedzi.

The aim of this thesis was to find an answer to the question whether depressive disorders affect the reception of messages, and if so, what kind. Using the theory of communication created by Friedemann Schulz von Thun and the concept of listening with four ears, an analysis was made in the research part. The material for it was collected on the basis of an online survey addressed to people with depressive disorders diagnosed by a doctor and to people without such a diagnosis. The forms completed by 365 respondents made it possible to identify a certain tendency in the interpretation of everyday utterances.
