The impact of the financial crisis 2007-2009 on the real estate market in Poland

Praca magisterska dotyczy wpływu kryzysu 2007-2009 na rynek nieruchomości w Polsce oraz wyzwań związanych z konsekwencjami udzielania kredytów walutowych we frankach szwajcarskich. W szczególności opracowanie koncentruję się na proponowanych rozwiązaniach wyjścia z kryzysu frankowego. W pracy przedstawiono ogólną sytuacje na globalnym rynku nieruchomości oraz tendencję występujące na nim. Szczegółowo przedstawiono sytuację na rynku nieruchomości w największych miastach w Polsce oraz trendy jakie występują na nim. Ukazano również rozwiązania, które zostały podjęte w innych krajach w celu wyjścia z kryzysu frankowego. Przedstawiono aspekt teoretyczny kredytów walutowych i konsekwencji związanych z ich udzielaniem.

This master’s thesis concerns the impact of the crisis 2007-2009 the real estate market in Poland and the challenges associated with the consequences of foreign currency loans in Swiss francs. In particular, the development concentrate on proposed solutions out of the crisis francs. The paper presents the overall situation in the global real estate market and the trend occurring on it. We presented in detail the situation in the real estate market in major cities in Poland and trends that occur on it. It shows the solutions that have been taken in other countries to exit the crisis francs. We present the theoretical aspect of foreign currency loans and the consequences of their granting.
