Niniejsza praca magisterska ma na celu przybliżenie uprawnień konsumenta w przypadku wystąpienia niezgodności towaru z umową towaru zakupionego w lokalu przedsiębiorstwa, poza lokalem oraz na odległość. Skupia się również na przedstawieniu dróg, na jakich może dochodzić on swoich praw oraz instytucji świadczących mu w tym pomoc. W końcowej części przedstawia, jakie zmiany nastąpią w prawie konsumenckim w najbliższym czasie.
This thesis aims to present consumer rights in the case of defects in goods purchased on-premises, off-premises and without the simultaneous presence of both parties. It also shows the paths on which he may enforce his rights and consumer-protection institutions which may help him. At the end it focuses on reporting what changes in the customer law will be followed in the near future.
