Constitutional position of the Council of Ministers in light of the Third Polish Republic's Constitution

Celem pracy jest analiza pozycji ustrojowej Rady Ministrów w świetle Konstytucji III Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej. Praca została podzielona na trzy rozdziały. Pierwszy rozdział koncentruje się na analizie struktury władzy wykonawczej. Dalsza część pracy obejmuje procedury formowania oraz dokonania zmian w składzie gabinetu, omawia kwestie odpowiedzialności gabinetu oraz jego strukturę wewnętrzną. Ostatnia część została poświęcona kompetencjom realizowanym przez rząd. Analiza pozycji ustrojowej Rady Ministrów została przeprowadzona w oparciu o regulacje normatywne od momentu uchwalenia obowiązującej Konstytucji do połowy drugiej dekady XXI w.

The aim of the study is the analysis of the constitutional position of the Council of Ministers in light of the Constitution of the Third Polish Republic. The study was divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the analysis of the executive's structure. The further part relates to the procedures of creating a cabinet and changes undertaken in its composition, concerns the liability of the government and its internal structure. The final part was dedicated to competences realized by a cabinet. An analysis had been undertaken on the basis of normative regulations since the adoption of the present Constitution until the mid decade of the 21st century.
