Comparative banking services analysis on the example of PKO Bank Polski S.A and ING Bank Śląski S.A

W pracy przedstawiono analizę portfela usług bankowych wybranych banków. Teoretyczne rozważania na temat usług bankowych i podziałów usług bankowych powstały w oparciu o opracowania, które były bezpośrednio związane z tematem pracy. Analiza usług bankowych została dokonana na podstawie dokumentów źródłowych ze stron internetowych, materiałów otrzymanych z banków, przeanalizowanych artykułów i broszur branżowych oraz rozmów z ekspertami.W pracy wykorzystano literaturę polską, źródła internetowe oraz materiały udostępnione przez bank i przeprowadzono rozmowy z ekspertami.

The work consists of four chapters. Definition of the banking services and its classification in the first chapter is being presented, in the second chapter the history of both, PKO Bank Polski S.A and ING Bank Śląski S.A, together with the SWOT analysis is discussed. The evaluation of the banking offers of the chosen banks was described. Theoretical considerations about the banking services and distributions of deposits, came into existence in learning the work for studies were directly connected with the subject. The examination of the tenders of the banks was made based on source materials of websites, documents from the banks, analyzed articles and brochures, and interviews with the industry experts.At the work information coming from Polish literature was used, Internet sources, books, articles and others.
