Ludzie z trudnościami w nauce w Polsce: Analiza i Teoria Postmodernistyczna

Ogólnym celem pracy jest przedstawienie nowego sposobu myślenia o ludziach mających trudności w nauce w Polsce, gdzie żyje obecnie około 210000 osób z trudnościami w uczeniu się. W pracy podejmuje analizę raportów na temat jakości ich życia, korzystając z postmodernistycznej teorii niepełnosprawności. Teoria postmodernistyczna niepełnosprawności stwierdza, że niepełnosprawność i upośledzenie są społecznie skonstruowane, tak by wykluczać tych ludzi z ich społeczności. Mieszkalnictwo, edukacja, zatrudnienie oraz status prawny są wykorzystywane jako wskaźniki do oceny polskiej polityki wobec niepełnosprawności. Poprzez pokazanie podstawowych uprzedzeń mam nadzieję ostatecznie pokazać rozwiązania wspomagające integrację osób z trudnościami w nauce w polskim społeczeństwie.

The overall goal of the thesis is to provide a new way of thinking about people with learning difficulties in Poland where there are approximately 210,000 people with learning difficulties living currently. The author will analyze the reports on their quality of life using the postmodern disability theory. The postmodern disability theory states that disability and impairment are socially constructed to exclude these people from their communities. Housing, education, employment and legal status are used as indicators to evaluate Poland's public policy towards this population. By exposing underlying prejudices the author hopes to ultimately provide solutions to integrate people with learning difficulties into Polish society.
