The method of narration in infant teaching, German as a foreign language

Tematem przedłożonej pracy magisterskiej jest metoda narracji w nauczaniu początkowym języka niemieckiego. Praca składa się z części teoretycznej oraz praktycznej. W część teoretyczną wchodzą 3 rozdziały. Pierwszy z nich opisuje 5 zasad wybranych spośród 13, które są nieodzowne w nauczaniu języka obcego. M.in. opisana została zasada multisensorycznej prezentacji, dzięki której zostają wykorzystane wszystkie zmysły uczniów w nauce języka obcego. Rozdział drugi poświęcony jest dodatkowym aspektom, które powinny zostać uwzględnione przy metodzie narracji. Wymienione zostają kryteria doboru tekstów i ich adaptacja, bliżej zostaje opisana rola bajki, jako przykład wybranego tekstu. Wspomniane zostały również metody prezentacji oraz rodzaje tekstów literackich. Ważna jest tutaj także rola nauczyciela i jego funkcja jaką pełni w metodzie narracji. Rozdział trzeci w całości poświęcony jest metodzie Storytelling. Część praktyczna opisuje moją pracę w przedszkolu, gdzie została wykorzystana metoda narracji, w tym Storytelling.

The subject of this master’s thesis is method of narration in infant teaching of German. The thesis consists of both, theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part consists of three chapters. First one describes five principles out of thirteen, which are essential in teaching foreign languages. Among other things, multisensory presentation principle, that helps students use every sense in learning foreign language, is provided. Second chapter is dedicated to additional aspects, that should be taken into consideration while using the method of narration. Criteria for selecting texts and their adaptations are listed, special attention is paid for the role of fairy tale, as a sample of a chosen text. There are also methods of presenting and different kinds of literary texts mentioned. The role of a teacher and his/her serving the method of narration is crucial here. The third chapter is entirely dedicated to a Storytelling method. The practical part describes my work in a kindergarten, where the method of narration, including Storytelling was applied.

Das Thema der vorliegenden Magisterarbeit ist der narrative Ansatz im frühen Unterricht Deutsch als Fremdsprache. Diese Arbeit besteht aus theoretischer und praktischer Teil. Zu dem theoretischen Teil gehören drei Abschnitte. Im ersten Abschnitt werden die ausgewählten Grundsätze genannt, die sehr wichtig für den Fremdsprachenunterricht sind. Unter anderem wird die multisensorische Präsentation beschrieben, dank deren alle Sinne der Schüler beim Sprachenlernen genutzt sind. Im zweiten Kapitel werden die bei dem narrativen Ansatz zu beobachtenden Aspekte beschrieben. Genannt wird: Kriterien bei der Wahl des Textes und die Adaptation, gründlicher wird als Beispiel die Rolle des Märchens beschrieben. Erwähnt werden auch die Methoden der Präsentation und Textsorten. Wichtig ist auch die Rolle des Lehrers und seine Funktion, die er bei dem narrativen Ansatz hat. Der dritte Abschnitt wird der storytelling Methode gewidmet. Der praktische Teil befasste sich mit meiner Arbeit im Kindergarten, wo ich die storytelling Methode genutzt habe.
