Illegal doping as danger for sport security

Celem pracy jest pokazanie wszystkich zagrożeń płynących ze stosowania niedozwolonego dopingu oraz jego analiza etyczna. Autor w swojej pracy przedstawił czym jest widowisko sportowe. Nawiązał także, do kolejnych etapów kształtowania się profesjonalnego sportu. W pracy szczegółowo omówiono najbardziej znane środki dopingu, oraz opisano najgłośniejsze przypadki jego stosowania. Celem badawczym pracy było sprawdzenie motywów jakim kierują się sportowcy zażywający doping. Autor sprawdził również, czy istnieje coś takiego jak etyka w sporcie i czy system kar ją naruszający jest adekwatny do przewinienia. Badania przeprowadzone na potrzeby pracy jak również sformułowane hipotezy badawcze potwierdziły cel badawczy pracy. Duża część sportowców sięga po doping nie zważając na konsekwencję. Chęć odniesienia sukcesu jest ważniejsza niż ich własne zdrowie. Jednocześnie autor potwierdził hipotezę, że społeczeństwo wie bardzo dużo na temat dopingu, jednak uważają oni, że nie ma sposobu na skuteczną walkę z dopingiem.

The aim of this work is to show all kinds of danger resulting from stimulant use, as well as its ethic analysis. In his work, the author tries to explain the notion of sports event and refers to consecutive stages that shape professional sport. It also discuss in details the most popular kinds of stimulants together with the most far-famed examples of their use. The research goal of this work is to check the motivation that lead athletes to use doping. The author considers also whether sports ethic really exists, and whether the system of penalties for its break is adequate to the athlete’s misconduct. The research conducted for the purposes of this work, as well as formulated hypotheses confirmed the research goal. A vast majority of athletes that use doping do not take its far-reaching consequences into consideration. The desire for success seems to be more important for them than their own health. In this work the author also confirmed the hypothesis that people know a lot about doping, yet they claim that there is no efficient way to fight with doping.
