"Advantages and disadvantages of centralization in public administration."

Tematem pracy, którą napisałam są "Wady i zalety centralizacji w administracji publicznej". Jej podstawowym celem było wyjaśnienie, na czym polega centralizacja administracji publicznej, jakie są główne zagadnienia z nią związane, wskazanie na cechy takiej administracji oraz – co podyktowane zostało tematem pracy – przedstawienie zalet i wad takiego sposobu budowy administracji. Podstawową metodą badawczą zastosowaną w pracy jest dogmatyczna metoda badań, polegająca na analizie poglądów przedstawicieli doktryny prawa i nauk administracyjnych oraz prawodawstwa. Praca zawiera trzy rozdziały, w których zawarte są najważniejsze zagadnienia związane z tą strukturą organizacyjną, pierwszy z nich definiuje pojęcie centralizacji i ogólne zagadnienia z nią związane, drugi natomiast przedstawia jej funkcje, zadania i cechy oraz obrazuje na przykładzie struktury Rady Ministrów, w jaki sposób działa. Trzeci rozdział jest opisem zalet i wad centralizacji. Pracę kończy podsumowanie.

The theme of the graduation work that I wrote are "Advantages and disadvantages of centralization in public administration.". The primary purpose was to clarify what it is - the centralization of the public administration, what are the main issues associated with it, an indication of the characteristics of centralization and – what was dictated by the theme of the work – presentation the advantages and disadvantages of centralization on the public administration. The primary method of research used in the work is the dogmatic method research, which consists in the analysis of the views of the representatives of the doctrine of law and Administrative Sciences and legislation. The work contains three chapters, where are contained the most important issues related to this organizational structure. The first of defines the concept of centralization and general issues associated with it. The second presents functions, tasks and features and describes the example of the Council of Ministers where applies this structure.. The third chapter is a description of the advantages and disadvantages of centralization. The work ends with a summary.
