Soviet deportations during the Second World War told by the people from Sybir living at present in the Jarosław Country.

Tematem mojej pracy są deportacje sowieckie w czasie II wojny światowej.Cennym źródłem informacji były dla mnie relacje Sybiraków zamieszkałych w powiecie jarosławskim. Pisząc je, miałem okazję osobiście do nich dotrzeć i przeprowadzić z nimi wywiady. W sumie odwiedziłem 12 osób, które przeżyły zesłanie. W pierwszych rozdziałach przedstawiłem politykę sowiecką wobec narodu polskiego, dojście Stalina do władzy i jego politykę narodowościową. Wszystkie fakty historyczne przed wybuchem II wojny światowej są istotne dla wnikliwej analizy tematu deportacji. Miały one pośredni lub bezpośredni wpływ na bieg wydarzeń historycznych i dalsze losy Polski i Polaków. Pozostałe rozdziały ukazują codzienne życie zesłanych osób, ich wywózkę i powrót do ojczystego kraju.

The topic of the following thes is are the Soviet deportations during the Second World War. The vital source of information gathered in the thesis were the stories told by people, who were sent to Sybir, and at present who live in the Jarosław Country. While writing the thesis I was able to talk with these people. I have visited twelve people who survived the deportation. The first chapters present Soviet politics in connection with the Polish nation, Stalin's rule and his nationalistic politics. All the historical facts happening before the Second World War are vital in the analysis of the topic of deportation. They had an indirect and direct influence on the historical events and the fate of Poland and Polish nation. The other chapter present the deportation, everyday life of the people sent to Sybir and their return to homeland.
