Contract terms in the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Common European Sales Law (CESL).

Praca ta ma na celu analizę regulacji postanowień umownych w projekcie Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady w sprawie wspólnych europejskich przepisów dotyczących sprzedaży (CESL), w szczególności zaś materii kontroli 'unfair terms', czyli niedozwolonych postanowień umownych. Celem poniższych rozważań jest ocena w jakim stopniu, z punktu widzenia adresatów rozporządzenia, regulacja postanowień umownych CESL realizuje wyznaczone jej zadania a co za tym idzie, czy byłaby przez nich rozważana jako konkurencyjny lub bardziej korzystny wobec istniejącej wybór.

The dissertation aims to analyze the contract terms regulation in the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Common European Sales Law, in particular unfair terms control model; in purpose to evaluate to what degree, from the consumers point of view, the choice of this regulation may be considered more profitable than the already existing solutions.
