Accessibility of communes of the Nisko county by bus transport

Dostępność transportowa wpływa na rozwój gospodarczy i społeczny obszarów. W pracy podjęto temat organizacji transportu zbiorowego na terenie powiatu niżańskiego położonego w województwie podkarpackim. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie stanu obecnie (2023 rok) funkcjonującego systemu transportu zbiorowego. W pierwszej części pracy dokonano przeglądu literatury dotyczącej transportu zbiorowego. Kolejną częścią pracy jest charakterystyka powiatu niżańskiego oraz potrzeb jego mieszkańców warunkująca charakter oraz znaczenie komunikacji zbiorowej na tych terenach. Została omówiona infrastruktura transportowa, rodzaje dostępnego transportu, częstotliwość przejazdów oraz dostęp do informacji na ich temat. Na podstawie tych danych została przeprowadzona krótka analiza, czy na tych obszarach pojawia się zjawisko wykluczenia transportowego.

Transport accessibility affects the economic and social development of territories. The thesis deals with the organization of collective transport in the Nisko county located in the Podkarpackie voivodeship. The aim of the thesis is to present the state of the currently functioning public transport system. In the first part of the study, the literature on public transport was reviewed. The next part of the thesis examined the characteristics of the Nisko county and the needs of its inhabitants, which determine the nature and importance of public transport in these areas. The transport infrastructure, types of available transport, frequency of bus services and access to information about them were discussed. On the basis of these data, a short analysis was carried out as to whether the phenomenon of transport exclusion appears in the county under study.
