Investing in wine as an example of alternative investments

Celem niniejszej pracy jest pokazanie specyfiki inwestycji w alternatywne produkty na przykładzie wina. Po teoretycznym prześledzeniu klasycznych form inwestycji oraz syntezie mechanizmów rządzących rynkami alternatywnymi została przeprowadzona analiza inwestycji oferowana przez firmę Wealth Solutions. Obserwacja trendów panujących na rynku wina pozwala sądzić, że rynek ten rzeczywiście cechuje się wysokimi stopami zwrotu, jednak w celu dywersyfikacji ryzyka konieczne jest wspomaganie się winami z różnych rejonów świata.

The aim of this study is to present the specificity of investments in alternative products on the example of wine. After the theoretical description of the classic forms of investment, and the synthesis of the mechanisms governing alternative markets was carried out investment analysis offered by Wealth Solutions. Observing trends in the wine market suggests that the market is indeed characterized by high rates of return, however, in order to diversify risk, it is necessary to support the wines from different regions of the world.
