Women's satisfaction with the use of different methods of contraception.

Wstęp:Stosowanie antykoncepcji ma na celu niedopuszczenie do nieplanowanej ciąży. Dostępnych jest wiele metod antykoncepcji zarówno tych, które przepisuje lekarz, jak i takich, które można stosować samodzielnie. Wybierając rodzaj antykoncepcji kobiety powinny kierować się swoim stanem zdrowia, potrzebami oraz praktycznymi aspektami danej metody. Cel pracy:Celem pracy była ocena satysfakcji kobiet ze stosowania różnych metod antykoncepcji.Materiał i metody:Badanie zostało przeprowadzone przy wykorzystaniu metody sondażu diagnostycznego. Do przeprowadzenia badania wykorzystano technikę ankiety, oraz narzędzie badawcze jakim był autorski kwestionariusz ankiety.Do opisu zebranych materiałów posłużono się analizą statystyczną. Z zebranych informacji utworzono bazę danych w programie MS Excel 2007. W obliczeniach statystycznych wykorzystany został program statystyczny Statistica 10.Wyniki:Najczęściej stosowaną aktualnie metodą antykoncepcji przez badane były tabletki hormonalne. Ponad połowa kobiet wybierała metody, które nie wymagały konsultacji z lekarzem. Respondentki, wybierając metodę antykoncepcji kierowały się głównie wygodą stosowania oraz skutecznością. Kobiety określały poziom satysfakcji z aktualnie stosowanej metody antykoncepcji jako wysoki oraz bardzo wysoki.Wnioski:Z przeprowadzonego badania wynika, że kobiety są najbardziej zadowolone ze stosowania tabletek hormonalnych oraz prezerwatyw. Najczęściej występującym skutkiem ubocznym stosowania antykoncepcji są bóle głowy. Aktualnie stosowane przez kobiety metody antykoncepcji są łatwo dostępne a koszty ich stosowania niskie lub ani niskie, ani wysokie.

Introduction:The use of contraception is to avoid unplanned pregnancy. There are many methods of contraception available, both those prescribed by your doctor and those you can use on your own. When choosing the type of contraception, women should be guided by their health, needs and practical aspects of the method.Objective of the work:The aim of the study was to assess the satisfaction of women with the use of various methods of contraception.Material and methods:The study was conducted using the diagnostic survey method. The survey technique was used to conduct the study, as well as the research tool which was the original questionnaire.Statistical analysis was used to describe the collected materials. From the collected information, a database was created in MS Excel 2007. The statistical program Statistica 10 was used in the statistical calculations.Results:The most commonly used method of contraception by the researched were hormonal pills. More than half of the women chose methods that did not require consultation with a doctor. When choosing a method of contraception, the respondents were mainly guided by the convenience of use and effectiveness. The women described the level of satisfaction with the currently used method of contraception as high and very high.Conclusions:The study shows that women are most satisfied with the use of hormonal pills and condoms. The most common side effect of contraceptive use is headache. Current contraceptive methods used by women are readily available and the costs of their use are low, neither low nor high.
