Praca magisterska "Prawne aspekty gospodarowania odpadami (na przykładzie prawa polskiego i niemieckiego) poświęcona jest problematyce prawa ochrony środowiska i gospodarce odpadami komunalnymi. Praca ma charakter porównawczy prezentując uregulowania prawa UE, polskiego i niemieckiego. Składa się ona z 4 następujących części: 1. Ochrona środowiska w Unii Europejskiej i w Polsce.2. Ustawa o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminie. Stan prawny sprzed reformy. 3. Nowelizacja ustawy o czystości i porządku w gminie. 4. Gospodarka odpadami w Niemczech.
Master thesis „Legal aspects of municipal wastes management (presented by example of german and polish legal systems)” describes the legal system of urban wastes management in European Union, Poland and Germany. Author demonstrates the sources of international waste law, general principles of international and polish environmental law and legal problems by introducing new regulation of urban waste law. The thesis consists of four following parts: I. Environmental protection in European Union and Poland. II. Law for the maintenance of the commune in a clean and orderly condition. Legal situation before July 2011. III. Law for the maintenance of the commune in a clean and orderly condition. Actual legal situation .IV. Waste management in Germany.
