Praca ma na celu przedstawienie problematyki odpowiedzialności dyscyplinarnej studentów oraz postępowania mającego na celu jej realizację. Zanalizowane zostały pojęcie odpowiedzialności dyscyplinarnej, podstawy odpowiedzialności dyscyplinarnej studentów oraz postępowanie dyscyplinarne wobec studentów z uwzględnieniem jego zasad, organów i przebiegu. Wskazane zostały kwestie budzące wątpliwości oraz możliwe sposoby ich poprawy.
The purpose of this study is to present the subject of disciplinary responisibility of students and disciplinarny investigation against them. The following matters were analysed: disciplinary responsibility meaning, grounds of disciplinarny responsibility of students and disciplinarny investigation against students, including its principles, participants and preceedings. Author has highlighted his doubts concerning particular matter and proposed possible ways of making it better.
