dc.abstract.enWater environment is conditioning all biological activity. The folding process can not be treated without the active participation of water. The example of the folding process simulation with the influence of water in form of external force field expressed by 3D Gauss function is shown. The concentration of hydrophobic residues in the center of globule with exposure of polar residues on the surface is expected. This model follows the generally accepted model of hydrophobic core to be responsible for tertiary structure stabilisation.pl
