Abstract in English
The analysis attempts to explain the role of organizational culture in the management of the travel and tourism companies. The paper is trying to look closer on the impact of organizational culture on human resource management and on the management strategy of tourism enterprises. The study emphasizes the importance of analyzing of individual cases which are basic for approach of innovations. This analysis is showing that the quality of services in tourism enterprises must be based on organizational culture.
